We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Chartered Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Site Finance Head to help drive revenue plan, financial planning, business and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a fresher CA who is eager to build a strong foundation in Business Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Roles & Responsibilities
1) Business Partnering & Strategic Support
Work closely with Business teams to understand business drivers, challenges, and growth levers.
Provide financial insights to support decision-making related to pricing, cost optimization, and investments.
Conduct variance analysis to highlight areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
To monitor financial execution of capex proposals and paybacks.
2) Budgeting & Forecasting
Collaborate with various cost centers and central finance teams to assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts along with variance analysis.
Help monitor adherence to budgets and identify any deviations along with their root causes.
3) Financial Reporting
Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
4) Audit & Compliance
Coordinate and support multiple audits including Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, and Tax Audit.
Prepare audit annexures and ensure timely resolution of auditors' queries.
Ensure full compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements.
5) MIS Reporting
Preparing and analyzing Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, including trend analysis and variance analysis
