Job Description:- Checking and Payment of Variable pay such as Incentives, over time, Night Shift allowance, Rewards etc.
- Collating Leave, Attendance and Variable Inputs
- Reviewing of the inputs updated in the system for salary payouts
- Ensure correct and timely payment of salary
- Ensure correct Bonus accounting and provisioning
- Review and ensure that inputs comply with payroll policies and procedures
- Ensure post payroll reporting is completed with 401K and H.S.A partners
- Reconcile 401K, Matching contributions and Health Benefits against YTD pay data and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain current employee data systems and files
- Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements
- Support all internal (SOX) and external (Partner/Vendor) audits related to payroll
- Process payroll checks for executive staff
- Interpret new legislation impacting payroll
- Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll production
- Payroll Automation and Manage various HR Automations related to salary inputs.
- Collaborate with different teams and employees in a matrix environment. Key stakeholders include Payroll Finance Team, HRSS, Accounts Payable, GL, location HRBPs, Fidelity, ADP SPOCs
- Handle and manage US payroll mailbox for all companies/entities
Competencies/Skillset:
- A very high degree of analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Payroll input and processing for USA
- Knowledge of Payroll compliances, Statutory Taxes and other deductions, Yearend activities
- Knowledge of 401K audit and reconciliation
- Knowledge of US Health benefits
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate
Mandate Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in Global Payroll Operations; HRO (Inhouse/Internal Company payroll) for USA
- Must hold experience in End to End Payroll input handling (HR) Labor law, Statutory law, Tax etc (Not just payroll processing) but should hold exposure in Collecting, Validating inputs
