Role Description
The GTM Program Data Analyst will support the Business team by meeting regularly with the Business Manager to review KPIs, track progress towards goals, and provide insights for improvement. They will also support l assess current processes, define efficiencies, and work with the IT team on workflow development. Additionally, the role will involve building and maintaining dashboards tracking key metrics, investigating anomalies in CRM/reporting tools, driving lead management processes, and supporting broader data initiatives across the business teams , including measuring sales play adoption, analyzing funnels , and providing inputs for campaign retrospectives and executive-level reporting.
Technical Skills
- Data Analysis Tools:
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets is crucial for data manipulation and analysis.
- BI Tools:
Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is required for building dashboards and reporting.
- Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills are needed to translate complex data into actionable business insights for teams and leadership.
- Industry Experience:
Look for roles that require experience in a technology business, sales, or business operations environment.
