HN349 - Weekend Nanny - McLean, VA at British American Household Staffing

A family in McLean, VA is seeking a fantastic weekend live-out nanny for their son who is 16-months-old. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm both days. The role starts ASAP.

• Overseeing his developmental milestones
• Reading to him and engaging in developmental play
• Diapering, dressing, hygiene, grooming, etc. 
• Overseeing nap schedule and putting him for naps (12pm-1:30pm daily he naps)
• Eventual age-appropriate milestones help with potty-training, etc.
• This role will involve just working inside the home or outdoors on property outdoors because the child has a lot of activities during the week and they like him home for the weekends
• No cleaning involved as they have a full staff for cleaning, but keeping his bedroom and playroom tidy/organized will be needed
• They have a chef, so using meals in the refrigerator to give to the child and he is a good eater

• A wonderful bond with their child
• A nanny who is patient, empathetic, active, and has an energetic attitude
• Open to working holidays if needed is a strong preference for the family

• Must be comfortable around dogs as the family has 2 dogs: 1 boxer who is 60 lbs. and a doodle who is 30 lbs. (zero dog care is involved)
• At least 2 former glowing references the client can contact themselves in the final hiring stages
• Ability to get along with other household staff
• Dependable

• $35-45+/hour (must have documentation to work as they will put you on their payroll)
