The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Revenue Systems Analyst responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of revenue-related systems. This individual will partner with multiple organizations within Adobe, including Revenue Assurance and Accounting Operations, Technology Services, FP&A, BU Product Teams, Legal, Order Management, and others to ensure accuracy and consistency of external and internal financial accounting and reporting data within the framework of a myriad of strategic business projects. The perfect candidate displays a strong preference for finding solutions and excels in high-visibility situations to analyze, develop, implement, and communicate effective resolutions to a diverse audience.

What you'll Do

  • Partner successfully with our GTM teams, technology services, product and finance partners to understand new products, features and evaluate and articulate technical requirements and assess impacts, risks, and benefits of alternative solutions
  • Lead governance, standardization, and automation to scale the business and deliver significant impact to Adobe’s operations
  • Create metrics to measure and monitor the success of planned solutions during and after implementation
  • Assess quarterly financial results and contribute to the accounting and finance close procedures
  • Apply ASC 606 knowledge and system understanding to develop solutions with the technology team, aligning with recognition and control principles for operational improvement.
  • Address new requests: understand the case and provide solutions backed by data and showcased in a compelling manner

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience required (Software industry and/or CPA firm experience preferred).
  • Solid understanding of the technical application of ASC 606 and other current authoritative literature related to revenue recognition is essential.
  • Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with partners at various levels and across different roles both inside and outside of our organization.
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; ability to solve complex technical issues and develop thoughtful solutions
  • Experience with SFDC, D365, SAP, Tableau, PowerBI, and SnapLogic are a plus.
  • Consistent track record of delivery and ability to assess and prioritize competing demands
  • Strong verbal and comprehension skills to capture business requirements and articulate corresponding technical requirements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $86,300 -- $179,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
