We are looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded professional to join our Centralized Scheduling Services team in a remote capacity. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM.

🛑 Minimum Requirement:
✔️ At least 1 year of experience in processing referrals, scheduling procedures, and patient registration is required.
✨ Your Role at a Glance:
🗓️ Scheduling & Registration
Coordinate and schedule a wide range of procedures for patients across specialties
Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance, and physician orders
Ensure all required pre-authorisations and documentation are complete
đź’¬ Patient Communication
Clearly explain appointment details, insurance coverage, and billing responsibilities
Serve as a helpful, reassuring first point of contact for patients and clinical staff
🔍 Compliance & Accuracy
Adhere to JCAHO, state, and federal guidelines
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedural requirements and insurance protocols
Use EMR and scheduling systems accurately to minimise delays and errors

Qualifications:- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Experience:Â Minimum one year experience in scheduling, patient access, registration, billing, cash collections, insurance and/or pre-certification, or related experience in a medical environment, required.
- Additional Skills (required):Â Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience and competency in customer relation skills in a professional environment. Ability to organize and prioritize work in a stressful environment. Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and is self-directed. Good problem solving skills. Basic medical terminology. Exemplary keyboarding skills and experience in patient registration systems and familiarity with personal computers. Basic knowledge of hospital performed procedures.
