What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead multiple small product development projects or contribute to larger initiatives to deliver innovative hydraulic hose and fitting solutions that meet technical, cost, and customer requirements.
  • Support customers, suppliers, and internal teams by providing technical expertise, building prediction models, and ensuring prototypes and products meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments—including testing, manufacturing, and engineering teams—to drive product introduction, quality checks, and continuous improvements.
  • Use skills in computer-aided design, simulation tools, and Six Sigma/DFSS methodologies to enhance product reliability, differentiate solutions, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Continuously learn and share knowledge to foster innovation, protect intellectual property, and advance organizational objectives through professional development and idea generation.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in product design within the hydraulics domain, with strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver reliable solutions.
  • Proficiency in DFSS tools (FMEA, DVPR, PDSC), Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T), stack-up analysis, and familiarity with engineering standards (EN/SAE/ISO).
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player in cross-functional environments, with persistence and an open-minded, collaborative approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
  • A logical, problem-solving mindset with experience in failure investigation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
