Position Overview
At ServiceChannel, QA Engineers play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. They are integral in transforming ideas into high-quality, robust products by implementing comprehensive testing strategies. Prospective candidates must have extensive experience in software testing, particularly within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, have knowledge of .Net and cloud technologies, and have experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
A deep understanding of software development and secure testing lifecycles is essential, along with experience in web application workflows, components, databases, and security principles. The ideal candidate will work on enterprise software, data, and other projects, supporting ServiceChannel’s winning product strategy and roadmap through meticulous testing and quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
Conduct the testing efforts for software projects, ensuring thorough test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
Identify, document, and track software defects and work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Implement and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Leverage AI tools to conduct thorough testing and quality assurance, enhancing test coverage and accuracy while efficiently identifying potential defects.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with experience in manual testing and QA automation.
Solid experience in writing test scripts using automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and others
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests into the build process.
Experience in API testing, including tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Working knowledge of SQL and experience testing Databases
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with cloud-based testing environments and tools.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
