About the opportunity:

In the Junior Marketing Cloud Consultant position, you will support senior consultants and project managers in implementing Salesforce's Marketing Cloud solutions. Your role will involve learning the technical setup of the system and assisting with the build of assets like email templates, landing pages, forms, and automations. You will also help with campaign and automation builds during the implementation phase. This role is an excellent opportunity for career growth and certification in Salesforce.

What you’ll do:

  • Support implementations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Account Engagement, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Assist in requirements gathering workshops and facilitate discovery workshops with clients to identify marketing automation needs.
  • Help train clients on Marketing Cloud best practices and functionalities.
  • Build and optimize emails, campaigns, journeys, lists, automations, forms, and data extensions.
  • Manage small projects and support the development of a CRM marketing strategy to enable lifecycle journey automation and drive repeat customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to inform clients about new features and best practices.

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (experience with Account Engagement also a plus).
  • Experience with email marketing and digital engagement strategies for B2B and/or B2C clients.
  • Technology and AI affinity
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/AMPscript/SQL, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize technical implementations.
  • Ability to deliver and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to report digital metrics effectively to business stakeholders and clients.  
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • A team player who is collaborative and can thrive in a dynamic, agile, and fluid work environment.

Preferred Certifications: Any of the following certifications are a plus for the role:

  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Associate
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
