Shift pattern: 6 AM to 2 PM

About the role
The Low Bay Team Leader (TL) is an important figure in driving operational excellence within the Low Bay zone. You will focus on leading daily activities, supporting colleagues, and maintaining high standards in productivity, safety, and teamwork. It's designed to develop leadership capabilities and prepare individuals for broader roles within warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead daily Low Bay operations including goods receipt, put-away, and replenishment.
Monitor performance metrics such as pick rates, accuracy, and stock integrity.
Coordinate with inbound and outbound teams to ensure seamless flow of goods.
Team Engagement
Support team members to meet daily targets.
Deliver clear communication and task delegation.
Encourage a positive and inclusive working environment.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
Conduct equipment checks and report hazards promptly.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Process Improvement
Suggest operational improvements.
Lead small-scale improvement programs within the Low Bay zone.
Share best practices across shifts and teams.
