Long Term Substitute Grade One Classroom Teacher- Kate Furbish Elementary School at Brunswick School Department

Kate Furbish Elementary School is searching for a long term substitute grade one classroom teacher.

Desired candidates will:

• Have successful early elementary instructional experience
• Create effective rapport with students
• Effectively plan and implement approved elementary curriculum
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students
• Evaluate students’ academic and social growth, keep appropriate records, and prepare progress reports
• Identify student needs and effectively collaborate with other professional staff members in assessing and helping students
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with families
