
POSITION: High School Agricultural Science/Foods Teacher - Long Term Substitute
LOCATION: TCU High School in Montgomery, MN

STARTING DATE: 2025-26 School Year, November 24, 2025 through January 16, 2026
SALARY: $243.17/day - Per the Tri-City United ISD 2905 Master Teacher Agreement
BENEFITS: Retirement and paid time off

LICENSURE: Any MDE Teacher License, preferred in Agriculture Science, Foods, &/or CTE

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:
- Secondary teaching experience preferred, but not required.
- Actively participate in all professional development activities and professional collaboration time (PLC / CLT)
- Prepare and collaborate with students, parents/guardians, and staff to promote student engagement
- Utilize best practice (research-based) strategies in lesson development and delivery
- Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota Standards
- Understand and promote school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Titan Pride program within our high school
