Role Overview:
The Change Management discipline is responsible for managing approved baselines and establishing a Change Management process through a Project Change Board (PCB) model. The role involves supporting and advising on change control processes, working alongside Project Controls Managers and Change Engineers to ensure effective change implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Baseline & Change Lead in utilising the change management process and governance.
Coordinate and facilitate change management processes across the Delivery Programme.
Act as the central point of contact for change management.
Assist in developing and managing baseline management strategies and procedures.
Ensure the change governance process aligns with the reporting cycle.
Advise Project Managers, Change Owners, and the Supply Chain on change control policies and procedures.
Facilitate change requests for engineering teams.
Monitor and review the quality of change proposals.
Provide training and support on change management processes and tools.
Experience, Knowledge, & Qualifications:
Essential:
Professional experience in Programme, Project, Controls, or Commercial Management disciplines.
Knowledge of project structures (WBS & CBS) and change control.
Understanding of governance, strategic planning, and construction technology.
Strong facilitation skills and ability to work in a large corporate environment.
Educated to at least degree level, or equivalent training and experience.
Desirable:
Experience managing large programmes and contractors in a regulated environment.
Membership/Fellow status with professional institutions.
Knowledge of Project Control processes and tools.
Experience with Project/Programme management software packages.
Understanding of standard contracts and change control principles.
