What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations within Patient Account Services, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Foster positive relationships with patients, staff, and leadership to streamline collections and reduce third-party denials
- Collaborate across departments to meet performance goals and uphold compliance standards
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year in a Revenue Cycle role (Patient Access or Financial Services) required
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Strong grasp of medical and insurance terminology and third-party payor requirements
