Analyst, Treasury & Finance – Temporary
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Compensation Range: $65,000 - $85,000
- Provide support to the Treasury Department.
- Participate in weekly Accounts Payable processes in collaboration with Accounting to facilitate accurate payments and address payment issues.
- Prepare month-end and quarter-end treasury reports for Accounting and other stakeholders.
- Analyze bank transactions and determine daily revolver line funding requirements, including coordination with internal teams for adhoc requests.
- Manage daily cash including running daily cash report, revolver advance or paydowns, wire requests, payroll funding
- Assist Accounting with cash reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Oversee and manage letters of credit.
- Process adhoc domestic and international payments
- Manage all banking portals and serve as the primary contact for bank treasury representatives.
- Update cashflow models and related financial models if needed.
- Maintain sustainable processes and procedures aimed at efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of analytics.
- Contribute to various adhoc projects, such as hindsight analyses, financial modeling, evaluation of treasury projects, and system implementations.
Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience preferred
- MS Excel expert is a must; comfortable with working with datasets / databases
- Must have a solid understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) and working capital
- Eager to adapt in a dynamic, growing environment
- Team player, but ability to be productive independently
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, enthusiasm towards finding solutions
- Hands-on experience with corporate ERP systems preferred but not required
- Fashion/retail corporate experience is not required
