Key Responsibilities

The Director of HR Consultancy Services is a key leadership role responsible for the overall strategic direction and financial performance of our HR consultancy department. You will lead a team of 10 HR professionals, overseeing comprehensive outsourced HR support for our SME clients across the UK. This role is crucial for driving the growth and development of our service area, with a focus on expanding the client base, increasing revenue to meet the firm’s ambitious target of 20% year-on-year growth, and maximising profitability. You will champion continuous improvement, foster a culture of client-centric service, and promote innovation, particularly through the introduction of new services like our software platform.
