JOB TITLE:
Manager, Recruitment & Retention
JOB PURPOSE:
The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment and enrollment management strategies to attract, enroll, retain, and graduate a diverse and talented student body across the college.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement an enrollment plan aligned with the college’s mission, vision, and strategy
- Collect, analyze, and present enrollment data
- Lead recruitment campaigns, coordinate open houses and other events
- Design and implement strategies to improve retention and graduation rates
- Collaborate with other departments to develop recruitment and retention initiatives
- Provide leadership to and development opportunities for college staff supporting recruitment, enrollment, and retention
SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Participate in performance-related goal setting and achievement to meet personal and organizational goals and objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, health sciences, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/enrollment management, student success, admissions, or related areas.
Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements: Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.

WORK LOCATION:
On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work on campus.
