Summary: Odyssey House of Utah is a leading organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and behavioral health challenges. Compensation: $100,000 (DOE)

Odyssey House of Utah is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of our medical clinic. This role ensures high-quality patient care, oversees staff performance, manages compliance and accreditation, and drives process improvements. The Clinic Manager will also collaborate with leadership on long-term planning while building strong relationships with community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and support clinic staff, including hiring and scheduling.
- Ensure accurate and timely service documentation in compliance with agency standards.
- Oversee clinic budget, medical supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor patient data and trends to improve healthcare services.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR, accreditation, and safety standards.
- Foster community and partner relationships with schools, donors, and health organizations.
- Participate in executive leadership and organizational planning.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Previous management experience required; healthcare/medical setting preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Current (or ability to obtain) First Aid and CPR certification.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, staff schedules, and clinic operations effectively.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional boundaries.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Reliable transportation (driving or alternate).
- Ability to sit, stand, and perform light-to-moderate physical activity for extended periods.
