Job Summary / Job Purpose 


Under direct supervision, Medical Records is responsible for performing a variety of general administrative support duties and performs routine duties within the clinic. 


Key Responsibilities 

· Gathering and sorting patient information 

· Looking up patient information in the electronic medical record 

· Retrieving and filing digital records from hospitals and patient referrals 

· Copy/scan materials (e.g. questionnaires, outside records, etc.) into the correct location in the electronic medical record 

· Perform other duties as assigned. 


Requirements 

Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred): · 

High school diploma or equivalent required. 


Experience (required and preferred): 

· 0 – 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
