Responsibilities:The CIF specialist is responsible for oversight and management of the Customer Information File (customer key) on Signature (CBS) through maintenance, verification and reporting of exceptions to CIF standards. They also provide monitoring and follow up on CIP and Beneficial Owner tracking and reporting; monitoring and reporting for Held Mail; signature card maintenance; processing of resolutions, W9s, W8s and FATCA tracking for IRS reporting.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $17.00/Hr. - $27.50/Hr.. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.
Key Accountabilities
Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitoring and completing of daily reports for correct profile setup
- Monitor and remove any held mail setup
- Reporting of Missing CIP and Beneficial Owner
Maintenance
- Review Checking and Savings signature card maintenance requests and update account relationship according to the request if it meets our standard
- NAICS codes
- Officer code
- Address changes including alternates
- Complete Aperio and Nautilus requests to update client’s CIP information.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Experience with Signature (CBS) is a plus
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment and with other areas

- Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner
