    About the Role

    • Perform front-desk duties such as patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and handling payments and medical records.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
    • Support clinical and billing teams with accurate administrative and clerical documentation.

    • Ensure smooth patient flow by efficiently managing appointments, follow-ups, and no-shows.
    • Accurately collect and update patient information, including insurance and billing details.
    • Maintain compliance with HIPAA privacy and security standards while handling sensitive patient data.
    • Facilitate effective communication between departments through electronic message documentation and schedule coordination.
