Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the technical roadmap for TMS Information Systems in alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams, including project managers, developers, and system architects.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex technical solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure high standards of system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate external technologies and services.
  • Establish and enforce technical governance, security protocols, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technical service delivery.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics for technical operations.
  • Represent TMS technical interests in global IT initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.

Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, including enterprise systems management.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional and international teams.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
  • Strong background in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., CA Clarity PPM, JIRA).
  • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or equivalent preferred.
