Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Manager to own the technical onboarding and deployment of Deep Sync’s solutions for our key clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to a fully operational and successful deployment. This is a critical position that requires a blend of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, identity and data expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Technical Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end technical implementation for new and existing clients, including kick-off calls, project plans, and solution implementation.
- Solution Deployment: Work closely with clients to deploy Deep Sync's identity graph, data services, and integrations within their preferred platforms and cloud environment, with a focus on driving meaningful outcomes.
- Serve as a Technical Expert: Act as the subject matter expert on Deep Sync’s products and data services, troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with our sales, engineering, product, and solutions teams to ensure client requirements are met and to streamline the implementation process.
- Develop Implementation Plans: Create and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and best practices to standardize and optimize the implementation workflow.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring their technical and business objectives are achieved.
Technical Acumen: Proven experience in a technical role, such as implementation management, solutions engineering, or technical project management, preferably within the AdTech/MarTech space.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful problem-solver, comfortable with troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
- AdTech/MarTech Experience: Experience with digital and offline identity, data platforms, or API integrations is a strong plus.
Location:
- Kirkland, WA (First 6 months in-office; hybrid schedule available thereafter—typically remote on Mondays and Fridays, with Tuesday–Thursday in-office, subject to manager’s discretion).
