We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to work with business teams who has a problem-solving mindset. The incumbent will lead process optimization initiatives and ensure that projects align with user needs. This role involves conducting needs assessments, documenting user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive efficiency and user satisfaction. Incumbent should be skilled in facilitating meetings, workshops and stakeholder interviews. They should have the ability to align analysis and recommendations with strategic objectives.
Knowledge of UML, SDLC and agile methodologies is essential for this position as is ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is important. Familiarity with data diagramming tools like Visio or Lucid is required. A strong understanding of business process modeling and optimization techniques is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key for a successful candidate. They will be required to work well with cross-functioning teams and listen actively to establish trust and understand pain points and expectations.
Works with business groups to solve more complex problems using technology. Analyzes advanced business needs and evaluates complex business processes to recommend process enhancements. Assists in helping junior and more senior business analysts with complex projects.
