Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the employee database with accurate salary information and adjustments including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments
- Report daily activities and issues to the payroll manager/senior manager
- Work directly with internal clients to help achieve organizational objectives as needed
- Address and resolve employee complaints related to the payroll system and processes
- Monitor benefits such as meal voucher, food voucher, transportation voucher
- Monitor health plan – inclusion, exclusion, co-participation deductions on the employee's payslip
- Use the company’s database and payroll software to process payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Support on the payroll, budget, and expense reports for relevant departments
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee information
- Assist with system integrations and enhancements as needed
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll and benefits processes and improve efficiency.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CPP – Certified Payroll Professional) are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems. ADP preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
