We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative Administrator to join our team in Braeside, Victoria, and help us run the customer centre effectively in order to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

What you'll do:
- Handle incoming customer calls to address equipment, service, or contract issues
- Locate and coordinate supplies from internal and external sources to fulfil orders in a cost effective manner
- Supports the sales function with regards to customer orders, post-order follow-up activities and in expediting the process
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of contacts and customer / job data
- Contracts management into Aggreko system
- Issue accurate and timely the customer invoices on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Work in the Braeside office Monday to Wednesday and from home Thursday and Friday - 8:30am – 5:00pm, with some flexibility occasionally required
To thrive in this role, you'll have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or Customer Service Administrator, ideally in an office or corporate setting
- Strong PC literary in a Microsoft environment, ideally also having ERP system experience
- Proven customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Have a collaborative style with a decisive, results-oriented approach
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills, able to self-direct and self-manage
- The drive to further develop your skills and progress your career within the team
- Have a good home office set up to meet the requirements of the role
