Job Description

The eCommerce Program Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the development and execution of eCommerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience in APAC Region. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of eCommerce initiatives.
 

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement eCommerce strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimization on the online sales channel.
  • Analyse customer behavior through data crunching and identify low hanging audience to move into digital.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage eCommerce projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Marketing, Business Process and Customer Service Team.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
     

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of eCommerce initiatives.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to senior management.

Customer Experience:

  • Enhance the online customer journey by improving website usability and functionality.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the shopping experience.
  • Customer facing presentations and training to onboard customers or position eCommerce solution

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment between eCommerce activities and overall marketing strategies.
     

Technology Integration:

  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance eCommerce capabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure the website and backend systems are robust and scalable.
     

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure all eCommerce activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
     

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the eCommerce team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications

May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

No prior experience required.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
