Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Senior Specialist to manage the design, development, and delivery of learning interventions for Chubb Business Services India (CBSI). The candidate should have a strong background in instructional design, including creating content for in-person/virtual/blended learning interventions, as well as substantial experience with end-to-end learning life-cycle management and delivery, along with strong facilitation skills. 

    • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify training gaps and propose learning solutions. 

    • Design and develop content for in-person/virtual/blended learning interventions which include pre-during-post learning elements, assessments, gamification elements, interactive simulations, role-plays, case-studies, and other innovative approaches. 

    • Collaborate with key Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning interventions with business objectives and KPIs. 

    • Manage end-to-end program delivery of all learning interventions in the Bengaluru office. 

    • Develop, monitor, and track learning program budgets, timelines, and implementation plans. 

    • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of learning interventions and take appropriate actions for improvement in future deliveries. 

    • Facilitate/Deliver/Manage all Professional, Leadership, and Behavioral learning interventions in the Bengaluru office. 

    • Build rapport and connect with key business and HR stakeholders in all Chubb offices (Bengaluru – Hyderabad – Bhubaneswar) 

    • End-to-end Vendor Management for learning interventions. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field 

    • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in learning and development 

    • Strong design experience, including creating best-in-class PPTs, videos, gifs, and other collaterals for impactful learning interventions  

    • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and the latest learning tools and technologies for content creation 

    • Excellent business communication, interpersonal, and project management skills (learning delivery) 

    • Ability to work with velocity in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, priorities, and hard deadlines. 

Core Capabilities: Technical (Must-have) 

    • Expert with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel 

    • Comfort with using tools like Mentimeter, Kahoot, Slido 

    • Good knowledge of Gen AI tools and their use cases in Learning  

    • Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone and Oracle.
