About the Role:

Join our friendly Member Assistance team as a Sales and Service Officer, where you’ll be the first voice our members hear when they call. You’ll help our members find the right solutions across our range of products and services.

This entry-level role is a great way to build your confidence, learn valuable skills, and be part of a team that’s making a real difference every day. You don’t need any previous contact centre experience – just a positive mindset, a willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others. We’ll be with you every step of the way, with full training and support provided to set you up for success!

Hours, Training and Location

  • Interviews: 15 October, apply now so you don’t miss out!
  • Start date: 10 November 2025
  • Pay: $32.57/hr + super + penalty rates!
  • Roster: Part time, day positions, every second Saturday availability required
  • Hours: 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, 5 days a week
  • Shifts: Rotating shifts – start times between 8:00am and 10:00am, finish times between 1:00pm and 3:00pm
  • Location: Onsite at our Eight Mile Plains office
  • Work from home: After 3–6 months, based on performance, you may be eligible for a hybrid WFH option

Talking with members to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions

  • Help create a positive experience for every member, every time
  • Stay up to date with RACQ’s products and services
  • Be part of a team that celebrates wins and supports each other

About You:

  • You’re friendly, engaging, and enjoy helping others
  • You remain calm under pressure and bounce back quickly when challenges arise
  • You’re eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Computer savvy with great communication skills
  • Minimum of a Year 12 High School Certificate.
