The Talent Acquisition Compliance and Process Manager will primarily focus on ensuring compliance with the regulations set forth by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). The primary responsibility of the OFCCP Compliance Manager is to oversee training initiatives for the Talent Acquisition team and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to OFCCP guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

  • OFCCP Compliance Training: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to educate the Talent Acquisition team on OFCCP regulations, including but not limited to equal employment opportunity (EEO), affirmative action planning, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements.
  • Training Materials Development: Create engaging and interactive training materials, presentations, and resources to facilitate effective learning and understanding of TA processes, including a focus on OFCCP compliance principles and practices.
  • Talent Acquisition Process Review: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and ERP Team to review and assess existing recruitment and hiring processes and technology, ensuring they align with OFCCP guidelines and best practices.
  • Audit Planning and Execution: Conduct regular audits of recruitment and hiring practices to ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations. This includes analyzing applicant data, evaluating job postings, reviewing outreach efforts, and assessing recordkeeping practices.
  • Compliance Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance-related activities, such as training sessions, audits, and corrective action plans. Prepare and submit necessary reports to internal stakeholders and external agencies as required.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, HR, and Talent Acquisition, to develop, update, and communicate policies, procedures, and guidelines related to OFCCP compliance.
  • Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on changes to OFCCP regulations, EEO laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance strategies remain current and effective.
  • Compliance Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to the Talent Acquisition team and other relevant stakeholders on OFCCP compliance matters, answering queries, addressing concerns, and promoting a culture of compliance. Serve as primary point of contact to Affirmative Action counsel.
  • Training Effectiveness Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, making continuous improvements based on results and participant feedback.
  • Strategy: Collaborates on overarching OFCCP and Diversity hiring strategy. Coordinates and informs on outreach strategies in all areas of diversity hiring.
