BASIC FUNCTION: Under direction, leads and participates in skilled building maintenance and repair work, and does related or other work as required. Please see job description for further details SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Four years journey level experience and appropriate licensing or certification., HVAC, Pest Control, etc. may be required. Possession of a Class C California operator’s license issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE PATTERN I: Four years of journey level experience in one of the building trades. PATTERN II: Five years’ experience as Maintenance Worker III in Alum Rock Union Elementary School District.

Range: 16.0 Salary—Internal Applicants: $31.01hr -$44.36hr Salary—Outside Applicants: $31.01hr—$37.91hr Max
