Knight Office Solutions is looking for a detail-driven Installation Coordinator to support the seamless execution of printer and copier installations across customer sites. You’ll be the central hub for scheduling, communication, and coordination—ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. This is an in-office position in San Antonio, TX.

Position Summary
The Installation Project Coordinator oversees the end-to-end coordination and execution of printer and copier equipment installations across customer sites. This role ensures timely delivery, setup, and customer satisfaction while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
Project Coordination
- Develop and manage orderly installation schedules and resource allocation.
- Ensure product availability aligns with customer orders.
- Coordinate logistics, delivery, technician assignments, and post-service needs.
- Support on-time, within-scope installations with structured planning.
Customer Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for installation coordination.
- Conduct site assessments and post-installation follow-ups.
- Resolve issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Technical Support
- Assist with device configuration and network integration.
- Collaborate with setup and IT teams for smooth connectivity and software installations.
- Help troubleshoot installation-related issues with accuracy.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of installation activities.
- Provide regular updates to sales reps and stakeholders.
- Track and report on performance metrics.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for structured process enhancements.
- Refine standard operating procedures.
- Share best practices across teams to drive efficiency.
