Hotel Front Desk Attendant (Evening Shifts)
Starting at $14.50+/hr (Depending on Experience), Raises & Commission based on performance
Employment: Part Time
3 to 4 shifts per week (Weekend availability is required)
Hours: 24 - 32 hours/week
Shift: 3pm to 11pm (Evening) - 3 to 4 shifts per week

Customer service experience is recommended.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest reservations i.e. check-ins, check-outs, and complete reservations online & over the phone
- Processing credit card & cash transactions
- Effectively coordinate with other hotel departments to provide Superior Service
- Daily Activity Reports and cash deposit drops
- Maintaining front desk and hotel lobby cleanliness
- Doing property & pool checks
- Occasional package shipment or receiving
- Manage incoming guest calls and reservations
- Sales skills for new reservations including rates and availability
- Comprehensive knowledge of the property i.e. room types, amenities, breakfast service, etc.
