Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking an Information Systems Technician to join our growing Team! The Information Systems Tech will deliver level 1 deskside and operational equipment support services for the Dynamic Manufacturing employee base. Responsibilities include support for PC, software, printer, scan gun, peripheral device, network cabling and other operational technologies support. Additional duties in this position are help desk tickets and support, equipment break/fix and repairs, asset management, network troubleshooting and performing/arranging equipment maintenance when necessary.

Essential Job Functions:
- Provides on-site, remote and after hour Level 1 technical support to the Dynamic Manufacturing employee base.
- Provide equipment asset management, manage and support IT equipment.
- Executes desktop deployments, upgrades, repairs and replacements, equipment break/fix and repairs
- Prepares and delivers computer equipment to new employees and trains new employees on the use of the equipment in accordance with the Employee On-Boarding process.
- Reclaims and ensures the proper disposition or repurposing of computer equipment in accordance with the Employee Off- Boarding process.
- Demonstrates ability to diagnose and resolve issues with various hardware and software solutions.
- Works in collaboration with the infrastructure team to test and certify new hardware and software solutions for use in the corporate environment.
- Perform network troubleshooting and cabling.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS Computer science, Information Security or related field or equivalent degree preferred
- Microsoft A+ technical certification is preferred.
- Preferred experience in various equipment break/fix and repairs, asset management and supporting equipment corporate standards.
- Bilingual with Spanish a plus.
- Reasonable communication and relationship skills: ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical people
- Good time management and priority handling
- An understanding of desktop hardware and software background.
- Capable of network troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner.
- Self-motivated and ability to work on own and in team atmosphere.
