As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead all front-of-house Food & Beverage operations across our dining outlets, beverage services, and support event execution. You’ll collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure consistent quality, nutritional integrity, and top-tier guest service that aligns with the Canyon Ranch brand. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on training, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team, while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure service standards and dining quality exceed guest expectations

  • Partner with the Executive Chef on quality control, team development, and goal alignment

  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement

  • Oversee all guest-facing dining operations, supporting positive and proactive guest interactions

  • Manage purchasing and inventory for all food and beverage areas

  • Conduct cost analysis and budget forecasting for food, beverage, and equipment

  • Maintain beverage programs (wine, liquor, beer, non-alcoholic) within budget guidelines

Qualifications:

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage or related field

  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role

  • Experience in hospitality (hotel, resort, or destination spa) strongly preferred

  • Associate’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • TIPS certification (required)

  • Serve Safe Manager Certification (required)
