THE POSITION
The candidate will be a Special Education Elementary teacher with ABA training; will have experience working in a special education classroom or resource room setting, with behavior modification experience. He/she should desire to work cooperatively with academic teachers within a team concept.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. NJ Teacher of the Handicapped OR Teacher of Students with Disabilities and Elementary Education certification required.
2. ABA experience required.
3. Discrete Trial Instruction and experience with the Rethink platform is preferred.
4. Teaching experience with special needs students preferred.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 6. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident/immigrant status.
Starting Salary Range:
• Bachelor's Degree: $66,100 - $99,568
• Master’s Degree: $73,400 - $109,118
• Master's + 30 Credits: $77,410 - $114,703
• Doctorate: $80,410 - $117,703
