What to expect
The Transformation Evaluation Analyst is an important new role within the Post Office Transformation Function, with a critical role in supporting the delivery of new and ambitious transformation focused on delivering a successful, sustainable, digitally enabled business with strong, supported and trusted relations with its Postmasters. You will role model Post Office behaviours, promote a culture of inclusion and consistently demonstrate a Postmaster first mindset.
The Transformation Evaluation Analyst supports the delivery of Post Office’s Transformation Plan by coordinating M&E processes and managing data flows across internal teams and external partners. This role is essential in ensuring that robust, timely, and actionable insights are generated to inform strategic decision-making and demonstrate impact

What you’ll need to succeed
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise and interrogate complex data to produce actionable insights that can be understood by a wide and diverse audience, and which inform data-driven decisions. Expertise in quantitative analysis, including statistical tests, qualitative methods including design and analysis, questionnaire design, and evaluation methods would be particularly relevant.
- Experience using complex or incomplete evidence and communicate findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering and managing research or M&E projects, with a strong understanding of stakeholder needs.
- Knowledge of process, economic, and/or impact evaluation methods, ideally within a UK public sector context.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence audiences effectively, and present plans and findings clearly
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to upholding the values and principles of Post Office, and acts as an ambassador to promote equality, diversity and inclusion within all areas of responsibility.
