Custodian 

Preferred Qualifications

• Good communication skills

• One (1) to three (3) years experience in custodial, general maintenance work and the knowledge of cleaning equipment, cleaning chemicals and tools used in such work

Essential Skills, Knowledge Performance Abilities

• Requires full range of body motion, including reaching, stooping, kneeling, climbing and walking

• Must be able to lift/carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

• Requires standing for extended periods of time

• Ability to operate motorized equipment

• Manual dexterity

• Responsible for the cleaning schedule assigned.

• Provide light maintenance and repair services in their scheduled area

• Provide trash collection and snow removal

Additional Duties

Perform all other duties that may be assigned by the Facilities Manager, Group Leader and/or the Building Administrator

Per Custodial Contract - Local 1049 of Council #4

Work Schedule

• Monday- Friday  Hours - 10:00am - 6:00pm

• Location - Watertown High School
