At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oxford, AL.

 

Shift Pattern – Second Shift, Monday – Friday 1400 - 2230

The Role

Within this role you will be responsible for delivering both reactive and planned preventative maintenance to ensure smooth site operations. You will respond promptly to breakdowns, lead continuous improvement initiatives and assist in equipment upgrades and reconfigurations. Working closely with the maintenance team, you will share knowledge and mentor others, while confidently managing tasks independently, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

- Previous experience within a similar role is preferred

- HNC or equivalent in Electrical engineering

- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

- Experience within a manufacturing environment
