Summary:
This position is responsible for mixing cream and monitoring the cream system and capper for cookie inclusion products.
Responsibilities:
- Mix cream and troubleshoot any problems that may occur
- Perform set-up, tear-down, and changeover of equipment
- Monitor quality of product and make adjustments as needed
- Perform regular clean-up of equipment and room
- Fill out production reports
- Hand pack cookies as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Push or pull with up to 50 lbs. of force on a frequent basis
- Any lifting of over 50 lbs. requires a team lift
- Stoop, kneel, climb, or squat on an occasional basis
- Use hands to grip, pinch, handle, reach, or feel on a frequent basis
- Stand on a continuous basis and walk on a frequent basis
- Possess manual dexterity
- Able to perform repetitive tasks up to 12 hours per day
- Ability to apply formulas and mathematical concepts and to use them in product development
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw a valid conclusion
- English comprehension skills
- Basic computer literacy skills
