- Direct daily refrigeration maintenance responsibilities.
- Oversee preventative maintenance schedules, assigning work priorities.
- Oversee repairs of refrigeration equipment and ammonia systems.
- Ensure regulatory compliance related to hazmat, PSM, HACCP, health & safety, environmental standards and equipment operations.
- Develop and enhance maintenance team's predictive & preventative maintenance knowledge.
- Prevent and control operational downtime.
- All other relevant duties to the job.
