At Long-Lewis Ford of Muscle Shoals, we’re expanding one of the region’s fastest-growing Mobile Service Divisions, and we’re looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and driven Mobile Service Advisor to be the critical connection between our customers and technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively make outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers

• Handle inbound service inquiries with confidence, professionalism, and product knowledge

• Coordinate mobile service visits between customers and technicians

• Clearly communicate timelines, service updates, and next steps to customers

• Ensure exceptional customer experiences with every interaction

• Keep detailed records and contribute to efficient service operations
