About the role
As a Sales & Performance Coach, you’ll play a key role in developing sales and service leadership capability across Business Growth. You’ll support initiatives and projects that align with HCF’s strategic objectives for membership growth and member centricity.
Your focus will include
- Coaching and mentoring leaders to uplift performance and capability
- Supporting growth and retention initiatives across the Fund
- Enhancing member satisfaction and advocacy through leadership development
- Building strong stakeholder relationships to enable success
- Driving engagement, cultural uplift, and change readiness
- Contributing as a Sales and Service Leadership SME in cross-functional projects
About you
You’re a motivated coach with a passion for performance and leadership development, and bring:
- Proven experience in coaching within sales and service environments
- Strong understanding of contact centre dynamics and member experience
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A results driven and growth focused mindset
- Confidence in running 1:1 coaching and group sessions
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with time split between our Parramatta and Sydney offices and two days working from home each week.
