About the Role:

MSS Security is seeking a professional and customer-focused Security Concierge Officer to join our team based in Sydney CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to work where your communication and service skills will be just as important as your security expertise.

This is a front-of-house, client-facing position—perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, maintaining a high level of presentation, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front desk concierge duties including greeting and assisting visitors

• Access control and visitor management

• Monitor and respond to security systems and alarms

• Incident reporting and escalation as required

• Liaise with building management and emergency services when necessary

• Maintain a strong security presence with a professional demeanour

What We’re Looking For:

• Current NSW Security Licence and First Aid Certificate

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High standard of personal presentation

• Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Monday to Friday availability, 9:00am – 5:00pm
