The Lead Member Support Professional position directly supports individuals with developmental and other disabilities served in our various programs and provides supervision for our skill-based activities. This role also provides direct supervision and coaching for the Member Support Professional team while overseeing skill-based activities and member care.
The following represents a list of essential duties and responsibilities; other duties may be assigned as required.
Serves as a Team Lead for assigned member activities.
Implements member programming and provides the direct care ratios necessary for member programming.
Records member data in Salesforce related to goals and records client notes.
Reports daily activities, critical incidents, and behavioral incident reports as necessary.
Works effectively and cooperatively with individuals, staff, and community members.
Spends 75% of their time in a direct support role with members, with the remaining time dedicated to other duties.
Works with the Program Director to develop content for quarterly activities.
Provides supervision to 5+ Member Support Professionals.
