We’re hiring a program manager to drive a high-impact technology initiatives that transforms Starbucks’ supply chain and retail operations through intelligent, scalable systems. This role is deeply embedded in engineering and product delivery, leading efforts to build real-time inventory platforms, automate SKU transitions, and deploy location-based assortment optimization tools. As a program manager, you will…

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs—from roadmap planning through deployment—ensuring alignment across engineering, supply chain, and Coffee House Operations.
  • Apply expert-level program and project lifecycle management practices to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver scalable solutions that modernize inventory, fulfillment, and financial systems.
  • Navigate enterprise systems and vendor relationships by managing external partners, reviewing statements of work, and ensuring technical deliverables meet business goals.
  • Communicate with clarity and influence across all levels, facilitating decision-making, resolving ambiguity, and driving alignment between business and technology stakeholders
