Department Manager-Whse/Transfers Must have good leadership, inter-personal and communication skills including the ability to instruct associates, complete a variety of administrative documents accurately and timely, and to work effectively

within a large organization. Recruit, motivate and retain a team of high-performing and driven Associates. Work closely with the Associates to improve morale by motivating through effective coaching and facilitating personal growth. Work with other department leaders to cultivate a welcoming and team-focused environment. Plan and execute production schedules while overseeing production processes. Communicate effectively with Associates and all levels of management. Identify and celebrate operational successes; develop and implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities and address areas of improvement, and execute accordingly. Manage department budget, ensuring department goals are met or exceeded. Strategically manage department operations in compliance with company policies and vision. Initiate, coordinate and effectively manage compliance of optimal operational policies and procedures. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security 

               .        Two (2) years of college or the equivalent,

               .        Plus four (4) years of warehouse experience using warehouse inventory and Barcode procedures of which two years involves supervision.
