Remuneration: $55.63 p/hr + Casual Loading + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our St Stephens team
An opportunity to work with the student facilitation and education team. You will:
support Nursing students during their clinical placement as required for placement periods during the student calendar.
Work with the student facilitation team to support students to integrate theory to practice and gain clinical skill, as well as providing a supportive and inclusive introduction to the healthcare setting.
Be responsible for reporting student progress, working at the bedside and completing student assessments.
Work closely with ward preceptors, the CNM’s and TAFE coordinators.
What makes a difference for us?
· Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent with registration as a Registered Nurse
· Completion of, or willingness to undertake Preceptor program.
· Preceptorship experience
· Minimum of 3 years recent clinical experience.
· Demonstrated high level knowledge and skills
· Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team, to manage workloads, meet deadlines, prioritise and multi-task.
· Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to work towards.
· Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements
