About the Role

We are now seeking a Gold Room Supervisor to join the Leonora Operations Processing Team.  In this role you will be responsible for the daily operation of the processing plant concentrated gold recovery plant and equipment, and performance of your gold room team to ensure that process related production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

In this role you will:

• Supervise operational areas including gravity circuits, CIL carbon movements, elution and carbon regeneration, electrowinning and gold room, TSF, Water Treatment Plant, other areas as directed by the Processing Superintendent.

• Enforce procedures relating to security of concentrated gold product and the protocols for high value storage areas associated with the gold room.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding product recovery, inventory and movements.

• Monitor and maintain operational record and log sheet systems for ensuring plant information is available for tracking and optimising performance.

• Ensure compliance to operational strategies that balance plant throughput, gold recovery, available stocks, operating costs and impact on equipment to maximise return on investment

• Experienced in Gravity concentrators, Acacia reactors, Elution circuits, Electrowinning, smelting and barring processes, bullion handling and security standards.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Intermediate competence in MS Office suite

• Effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills

• Individual and team building skills

• Experience with the operation of Citect and Pronto
