Tasks
Developing targeted marketing approaches for new releases and the wider product catalogue across email, push, and on-console notifications (Switch News)
Designing and overseeing the execution of email campaigns
Planning content for and leading the production of News for Nintendo Switch
Supporting lifecycle campaigns such as onboarding, cross-selling, upselling, and retention to increase customer lifetime value (CLV)
Helping to drive conversions on Nintendo's D2C commerce channels with targeted marketing tactics
Working cross-functionally with stakeholders like marketing, copywriters, designers, and data specialists for the execution of campaigns
Monitoring, analysing and optimizing campaign performance
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
First professional experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing
Understanding of email marketing, audience segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and editorial/content planning
Analytical mindset and the ability to apply insights to optimize campaigns
Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare compelling presentations and work effectively across functions
Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment
Fluent written and spoken English language skills and the ability to work in an international environment
Passion for games and ability to understand the customers’ perspective
